Thrombosed Hemorrhoids Knowledge

Thrombosed hemorrhoids are among the most serious of hemorrhoids. A thrombosed hemorrhoid is a hemorrhoid in the vein that has coagulated. Although thrombosed hemorrhoids are usually painful, they usually require a surgical removal. They can occur inside the anal canal or external hemorrhoids and they vary in size from very small (the size of a pea) to be as large as a golf ball in the most extreme cases.

Natural remedies can make a big difference for patients with thrombosed hemorrhoids, in fact, natural cures when used correctly, they can completely heal thrombosed hemorrhoids. Below we have listed some helpful tips to relieve painful hemorrhoid:

Take several warm baths in a sitting position (known as SITZ bath) per day to reduce the pain and clean the affected area. Sitting can often be very uncomfortable (and sometimes impossible) for patients with thrombosed hemorrhoids, in this case try crouching in hot water for 5 minutes.

Avoid tension during the removal of the saddle if you struggle by going to the toilet, we recommend making your stools soft. This can be done by eating foods with high levels of natural fibers such as fruit and vegetables, bran, beans etc.

Avoid dehydration. Stay hydrated by drinking at least 7 glasses of water a day. It is not difficult - we must aim to ensure at least 10 glasses to support hydration. Try to drink 2 glasses immediately when you wake up in the morning, 2 others at the morning tea and lunch, 2 at lunch and 2 before going to bed. It is always better to sip water than to drink quickly.

Apply ice to the anal opening (or the affected area). This will reduce blood flow in the region and also numb the thrombosed hemorrhoids. Wrap ice in a cloth to apply.

Use a hemorrhoid cream that can be purchased at the pharmacy and pharmacists to reduce irritation. Its worth noting that the creams work differently for different people, most of which do not provide long-term solutions for hemorrhoids.

As a temporary solution to pain, ibuprofen can be very effective.

Maximize your metabolism walking for 20 minutes per day. It is probably better to have a SITZ bath before or if you feel less pain.

Reduce irritation and pain when cleaning the anus with toilet paper or extra soft damp soft towel.

If you have tried everything, including natural remedies, such as H-Miracle (make a google search) and havent yet received the results, the more likely you will need surgery to remove hemorrhoids. Some of your options include:

Rubber-band Ligation this technique is performed by placing a rubber band around the hemorrhoid, which causes it to dry, and finally disappear.

Haemorrhoidectomy this procedure is reserved only for severe cases because of painful hemorrhoids to the long recovery period is necessary.

Sclerotherapy the infected area is injected with a decrease of the agent. Hemorrhoids eventually disappear.
